FAQ:

How do I get my pictures?

We deliver our galleries through Pixieset. We will upload every edited photo from your session into a personal gallery just for you, that you will have access to. You can then go in and download your selected photos!

Do you edit all of our photographs?

Yes! Every Image that you receive has been hand-edited, one at a time by us. We also often select a few favorites for special attention above and beyond the individual image editing.

How do I pay you?

Upon booking, we will send you an invoice to make payment! However, we do require a 50% non-refundable deposit be made upon booking and remaining payment be made the day of session, so that way we can quickly return your photos back to you! For locations that require entrance fees, parking fees, etc., that will be included as an extra fee in your invoice.

Do you have a client closet?

At this time, we do not own a client closet. However, we do offer wardrobe assistance. This is us discussing outfit ideas, sending you outfit inspo based on what you already have in your closet, or if you are wanting to purchase outfits, I can’t send you links based on your vision. A client closet is something we look forward to bringing in the near future.

What’s the turnaround time for a gallery?

Turnaround time varies depending on the workload we currently have and how busy that season is, but regular sessions are guaranteed 3 weeks or less, and weddings are guaranteed in 8 weeks or less.

What do I bring to my session?

WHATEVER you want. Dogs, babies, family are all welcomed in front of the camera! A few other options are things like hats, books, flowers all the things that are your favorite! The essentials like make up touch ups and a hairbrush can also be a necessity!
